Brisbane: coffee shops, awesome places and a lot more

16-21/06/2015

I spent the last days in a nice suburb in Brisbane hanging out quite a lot with friends and exploring the area. Tested my foot with two runs and it seems fine, but my leg-muscles (and seriously I mean all of them) were screaming and complaining during and after the run. It feels good to get back into some sports though.

Today I've decided to mainly put photos on my blog to provide some visual reflection on the last few days.

I'm heading over to Perth tomorrow for a few days to attend some meetings and catch up in person with people there before continuing with my trip. I'll take my bike back to Perth as I won't have time on the remainder of my trip to go cycling much and due to the broken foot I missed all the nice rides I've had initially planned in Victoria and New South Wales.

Distance traveled: 70km (with the van)

Old house on stilts

Brisbane City Glider

A Sparkling Long Black at Campos. Interesting taste and sensation on your mouth.

Awesome 24/7 coffee shop and they do not sell decaf coffee ;-)

I guess smoking won't kill that beast
